how to reset
1. hold reset 1st
2. hold the power
3. remain holding the power while you click the reset 5 or 6 times
note: 5 or 6 times or higher don't ever less than 5 or 6 your printer will not able to reset
4. click eeprom
5. click and choose your region and clcik set (the printer will be print so load a paper 3 sheets(
6. click set ink absorber
7. click set clear ink counter
done!!!
