After being stuck at 99.4% for weeks, I downloaded another torrent and then changed the names of the files so they matched the files from the damaged torrent.

Since the names and contents are virtually identical this should allow everyone who is stuck at 99.4% to finish their download.

Simply change the name of the old torrent and place this torrent in the same location. When you open it, it should verify the local data and finish the download.

All of the files in this torrent mounted and installed for me.

I had to keep the serial numbers in the rome +SN.nfo file. This is just a text file that you can open with any text editor.
