"7 Things" is the first single from American pop singer Miley Cyrus' upcoming second studio album Breakout. The song was released in May 2008.

The music video was shot in Los Angeles the weekend of the week beginning May 30, 2008 with director Brett Ratner. Promotional pictures for the video were leaked on June 2, 2008. The music video premiered on ABC on June 28, 2008, and appeared on Disney Channel the same day. The video was featured on Disney.com frontpage on July 7, 2008.
