Laura é uma mulher que retorna com sua família ao orfanato onde morou quando pequena com a intenção de abrir um abrigo para crianças excepicionais. A nova vizinhança desperta a imaginação de seu filho, que começa se deixar levar por jogos e fantasias cada vez mais intensos.
