PSP 3000 CFW copy the contents of the folder "6.35 Backup With CFW" (located inside the zip file) to your psp, overwrite any files, then go to your psp and run PROUPDATE
then you will be on cfw 6.35

Note: Every time you do a complete shutdown then you must run FASTLOADER
