We are contacting you on behalf of our clients, AB Svensk Filmindustri, Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Netflix US, LLC, Paramount Pictures Corporation, Universal City Studios Productions LLLP, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., (hereafter jointly referred to as “the Rightsholders”).
On your website you are illegally making available a large number of films and TV-series, infringing on the Rightsholders’ copyright and/or related rights, including but not limited to Toy Story 4 (2019), Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023), Fast X (2023) and The secret life of Pets 2 (2019).
We request that you immediately remove and disable access to all films and TV-series where the Rightsholders have copyright and/or related rights which have been illegally made available on your website. We request that you confirm the above with a notice sent to  no later than 17 February 2026.
In the event that you do not adhere to our request as per the above-given deadline, the Rightsholders will consider taking legal actions in order to protect their rights. Such legal actions may be taken without further warnings.
This letter is not a complete statement of the Rightsholders and the Rightsholders’ rights in connection with this matter and nothing contained herein constitutes an express or implied waiver of any rights, remedies, or defenses of the Rightsholders in connection with this matter, all of which are expressly reserved.
