Karen Lancaume ( born Karen Bach ; January 19, 1973, Lyon – January 28, 2005, Paris) was a French pornographic actress. She appeared in about 40 films between 1996 and 2002. She is best known internationally for her leading role as Nadine in the controversial 2000 film Fuck Me. She was a fairly popular actress, with her natural beauty and self-esteem.

Karen Bach was born in Lyon, France. She was born in a rural area outside Lyon. Her father is French, and her mother is of Moroccan descent. After attending business school, she met and married a DJ named Franco. At his suggestion, she began acting in pornographic films to get rid of debt. Early in her career, she and her husband began acting as a couple. In 1997, in the film L'Indécente aux Enfer, she also began acting in films with other partners. After divorcing her husband, Karen remained in the  industry and continued to act in pornographic films, both in Europe and the United States.
She worked with Patrice Cabanel throughout the filming for Marc Dorcel. She gained increasing recognition and was nominated for a Hot D'Or award. She appeared on American pornographic screens in 1997 in the pornographic film When the Night Falls, filmed in Europe. She then appeared in several films for the American studio Anabolic. In "World Sex Tour 15," Karen Lancaume engages in rough anal sex with Mark Davis on a ping-pong table. Inwardly, according to the book's author and the film's director, Virginie Despentes, she radiated tenderness and incredible femininity. Despentes chose Karen for her role because she was looking for a woman at risk: a prostitute, a stripper, or a drug addict. Or perhaps all three.
