Notes        : - English subtitles OCRed and spellchecked by me.
                - Applied grayscale filter to get rid of the colored chroma noise.
                - Used bbmod to fix left and right edges.
                - Based on the description from the remastering studio the recommended projecting
speed is 20 fps. I checked the frames and it indeed was one duplicate frame every
five new ones, so I removed the duplicate frame with TDecimate. Source is 23.976,
used AssumeFPS to adjust the output fps to exactly 20 instead of 19.980.
                  Thanks to FlashGit.
                - Since my last encode of this masterpiece, I was looking for an excuse to include
the different scores from the Criterion DVD to the new HD transfers for everyone
to be able to enjoy them. Audio #3 and #6 (commentary) are from the MoC BD,
I slowed down and synced the other scores and #5 commentary from the DVD to match
the new fps the best I could.
                - Synced the other subtitles from subscene.
                - Resynced the chapters from BD to match at scene changes.
                - Chapter names are from CC DVD.
